GINERTE is currently in a phase of strategic realignment and portfolio development. During this period the firm concentrates on the development of new, digitally supported advisory approaches and on its existing clients and holdings.

Shareholdings

In addition to its advisory work, GINERTE holds interests in operating companies. These holdings are generally taken in businesses the firm already advises and are held for the long term. Details of the portfolio are not published.

Typically alongside founders or existing shareholders.

Long-term holdings

Positions are not acquired with a fixed exit horizon.

Advisory role
